Implementing the plan
In our plan we work with you to gather the required documents and information so as to present your application in the best possible manner. Whatever the need, we work with you to prepare your application for submission. We also arrange to provide the above noted services in your country of residence.
Monitoring the progress of your application
Once your application is submitted we keep track of the processing of your application. From follow up to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC - the government department which processes your application), to responding to requests for more information, to preparing you for your interview (if any), we monitor who, how and when your application is being processed.
Post-decision assistance
Once a decision is made about your application, we assist you with any issues, which arise after your arrival in Canada. ANIP
Alberta Residents bring your relatives to Alberta through AINP Family Stream
The Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) considers applications under the Family Stream from Albertans who want to sponsor eligible family members to immigrate to the Province of Alberta.
If you can provide proof of a close relative in Alberta (defined as a mother/father, son/daughter, sister/ brother, aunt/uncle, niece/nephew) who is willing to complete a Sponsorship Affidavit of Support on your behalf or you are an Albertan who wants to bring an eligible relative to Alberta our law firm can assist in an expeditious handling of your matter.
We have recently obtained Nomination Certificates from AINP for a number of our clients. This is a very good program to bring your eligible relatives from other countries to the Province of Alberta.

Appeals
If your family class sponsorship is unsuccessful, you have the right to appeal the decision of the Visa officer. We help our clients in these Appeals before the Appeal Courts (Immigration Appeal Division). We present your case to Appeal Division in such a way that every single reason for your refusal is addressed with evidence to the contrary and a satisfactory explanation, supported by facts, is provided to the Appeal Division enabling you to win your Appeal. We advise you and prepare you in addressing the refusal issues raised by the Visa Officer. We bring to the attention of the Appeal Division the new and special evidence which you could not produce before a Visa Officer, when the decision was made on your Application.
Students
We advise students/or their relatives in Canada and help them find suitable educational programs and to get the students admitted in schools, colleges and Universities in Canada. We also advise and counsel them on how to obtain student visas in overseas Canadian Mission offices. Once students are in Canada we advise them how to plan their future to obtain permanent residence after the successful studies.
Fees
We are very upfront and clear in charging our fees. We charge flat rate fees, which is payable in various installments, as the case makes progress. There are many different types of applications and there are many factors to consider when quoting you a fee. We do not charge initial consulting fee. We only charge fees, once we have determined that we can help you and we are going to represent you. We want you as our client and we are happy to work out a mutually agreeable fee.
